Account

How do I create an account?

Go to the registration page and enter your name and email. We'll send you a magic link to verify your email and sign in. No password needed.

How do I sign in?

Enter your email on the login page. We'll send a magic link to your inbox. Click the link to sign in instantly. Links expire after 15 minutes.

Can I change my email address?

Visit our contact page to request an email address update.

How do I delete my account?

Visit our contact page and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Data Rooms

How do I create a data room?

From your dashboard, click 'New Data Room'. Give it a name, choose a template if you'd like, and start uploading documents.

What file types can I upload?

We support PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images (PNG, JPG), and most common document formats. Files are stored encrypted on our servers.

Is there a file size limit?

Individual files can be up to 100 MB. For bulk uploads via ZIP, the limit is 500 MB. Your total storage depends on your plan.

Can I organize documents into folders?

Yes. You can create folders, nest them, drag and drop to reorganize, and use templates to set up common folder structures quickly.

Sharing & Access

How do buyers access my data room?

Create a share link and send it to buyers via the invite feature. You can require email verification before they can access documents.

Can I control which documents a buyer sees?

Yes. Use buyer groups and document-level permissions to control exactly what each buyer can access. You can also use disclosure phases to release documents over time.

Can I revoke access to a link?

Yes. You can disable any share link at any time from the data room settings. Disabled links will no longer allow access.

Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers through Revolut. All payments are processed securely.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from Settings > Billing at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens if I cancel?

Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
